Based on ground-breaking material from what CV Magazine has described as the “Best personality training styles program in the US!”, as well as the best practices for coaching groups learned through Vistage International, the Summit Leadership Cohort provides a 10 month master class in the application of behavioral styles to all dimensions of organizational leadership. Facilitated by seasoned leader, Professional Coach, and Take Flight Trainer, Nathan Swenson-Reinhold, this cohort based learning journey will give participants opportunities to explore dimensions of leadership related to: Self-Awareness/Understanding Others/Team Dynamics/Vision/Goal Clarity/Interpersonal Relationships/Communication/Listening/Delegation and Empowerment/Feedback and Recognition/Performance Management and Accountability/Stress Management/Meeting Management/Leading Change/Engagement/Influence Each participant will take the Take Flight assessment and will be provided a Take Flight Personal Report, a Chameleon Leadership Personal Report, an EQ Profile, and a Coaching in Style Play Book. |
How much time will this take?
This cohort will meet for 2 hours monthly for 10 months. Approximately 2 hours of reading and reflection will be required between cohort gatherings. The learning journey represents 40+ hours of intentional leadership development. Recognition

Outcomes
Participants will emerge with a thorough understanding of the DISC model for human behavior, with a deeper understanding of their own behavior and that of those they are responsible for, and with strategies for leading towards the behavioral diversity of their organizations and an understanding of how to authentically and powerfully include all behavioral styles. Your Investment: $205 materials fee, non-refundable after the core assessment has been taken. The participation fee is $1690 per leader. Payments may be made monthly ($169 per month), or half payment at registration (+ materials fee) and half at the midpoint, or in its entirety up front. Invoices will be furnished as instructed. The cohort model approach to this is essential for leadership formation. Undergirding this journey will be a behavioral covenant, built on confidentiality, that all cohort participants will sign. |

DISC is a system of behavioral assessment based upon observable human behavior. It is unique in the behavioral and personality assessment universe because it recognizes that human beings function in different ways in different environments. Though it has philosophical roots that go back nearly 3,000 years, it is a well-researched framework whose insights have been tested for accuracy across cultures, ethnicities, national spaces, gender expressions, and sexual orientations. In other words, DISC assesses human psychology and behavior at a level more fundamental than these things. In this sense, DISC is a universal language for understanding human behavior. As a framework for understanding one’s self, one’s leadership, and the needs of the team around a leader, it is a profoundly effective tool.
