​COACHING: Coaching is not one-size-fits-all! Summit does individual coaching to support your leadership, council/board coaching to support the work of organizational leadership, and staff coaching to growth the effectiveness and impact of teams. What kind of coaching do you need?

PROFESSIONAL MENTORING: Coaching leverages the knowledge base and experience of the client. Professional mentoring leverages the history and experience of the mentor as well as the mentee. Coaching is usually the way to go. But for certain seasons and spaces, given the mentor's own unique history and expertise in organizational leadership and change management, staff development, equipping, and organizational growth, this may fit your needs best.

STRATEGIC PLANNING: Strategic planning is most definitely not dead. Like bicycles, congregations and non-profits are only really stable when they are in motion towards something. You can do better than heaving the proverbial spaghetti at the walls. Listen deeply to your context, to your congregation, and to the Spirit, and take steps with intention. Watch your vitality grow!
